Step two · S$5,000
Sell it for real, before you commit to anything ongoing.
You sell your product here once, to real customers, with real money. You find out what it sells for, at what price, to whom.
One channel goes live. Up to two more get the doors opened and the actual terms, without selling anything yet.
You don't need a Singapore company to do this. You need one later, to sell here profitably at scale.
Our fee
S$5,000
The booth, insurance, and freight are yours, paid directly, at cost. What they come to depends on how much you bring and which event, so we work them out with you before anything is committed.
What "joint" means
We call this Joint Validation. It runs on your brand, not only our work: your own stock, and your name opening the door with the store or platform. You also choose which channel goes live. We handle the rest: the paperwork and the sale itself. You're doing this with us, not paying for something done to you.
Only a real sale tells you
Guides and market reports can describe what Singapore looks like. None of them can tell you whether your product sells here. Only a real sale can do that. The single most valuable thing we can hand you is Singapore sales history: real transactions, on your actual SKUs, that you can read with your own eyes.
A result, not a forecast.
The four tracks
We agree the primary channel together, based on what fits your product and your timeline.
Track A · baseline
Pop-up
We find it, apply, get you accepted, and coordinate stock in. Your brand staffs its own stall, at 0% commission.
You walk away with: Sell-through by SKU, size, and price point.
No entity needed
Track B
Marketplace
A cross-border listing at the flat 14% interim rate, a small SKU range, over a defined window.
You walk away with: Real conversion rate, real CAC, real price sensitivity.
No entity needed
Track C
Curated retail
We approach 2–3 multi-brand stores (Design Orchard or New Bahru tier) and negotiate a consignment placement.
You walk away with: Sell-through in a curated context, plus named buyer feedback.
Depends on the store
Track D
Buyer conversations
4–6 structured conversations with real buyers, product in hand.
You walk away with: Would they stock it, at what price, what needs to change: named, with reasons.
No entity needed
What "one channel" means
One channel goes live: your product sells, and money changes hands. Up to two others get the doors opened and the actual terms brought back to you (eligibility confirmed, terms obtained, the conversation had), without selling anything yet.
Every track except C works without a Singapore company. If curated retail is your primary channel, some stores ask for a local entity before they'll sign a consignment agreement. That depends on the store, not on us. Every other track runs on the entity you already have.

What you pay in total
S$5,000 is our fee. The booth, insurance, and freight are yours, paid directly, at cost. We add nothing on top. What they come to depends on how much you bring and which event, so we work them out with you before anything is committed.
- Booth fee, set by the event organiser
- Event public-liability insurance
- Freight, Indonesia to Singapore
- Storage, if you need it
How long this takes
Joint Validation runs for up to 12 months in total. Your first sale happens early in that period. The window depends on which channel we agree, and we set it with you before you commit to anything. Buyer conversations can start soonest, sometimes within weeks of saying yes. A pop-up runs on the event's own calendar: we only enter you into one that is running and still taking applications, so its timing follows the event, not us. We won't put you into a thin month for that channel. Before you sign anything, we set out the real window in writing.
The 12 months keep working for you after that first sale. You keep pop-up entry assistance for the rest of the period, and 0% commission on events you run yourself. That's what the 12 months buys you, beyond the sale itself.
How we decide together
There's no revenue floor and no eligibility test to pass before we'll talk to you. We work out the right primary channel, and whether Joint Validation is the right next step for you at all, in the conversation itself, not from a form.
