Pricing
One fee. Never two.
The conversation is free. After it, there is one price: your monthly plan. Nothing is charged when you sign except your first month.
Your monthly minimum
S$899 · S$1,299 · quoted
Or 20% · 18% · 15% of net sales
whichever is higher
You pay your monthly minimum or the rate for your plan. Never the minimum plus the rate on top. Net sales is what you receive in Singapore, never the full price your customer paid.
Every plan runs for a minimum of six months. Land, Grow, and Scale alike.

Every price on the site, in one table
Four rows, and the third is the second paid differently. Once you're on a plan, it is the one number you pay every month.

| or six months upfront, 20% off the minimum | Your plan, prepaid | S$4,315 · S$6,235 · quoted |
| per SKU, if you sell beauty | Compliance | Quoted per product |
Compliance is priced per product, not per brand: a shade range, like an 8-shade lipstick, counts as several products. We'll quote yours once we see your range. It is the same at every plan level.
Everything we buy on your behalf — freight, booth fees, packaging, storage above your plan's allowance — is billed at cost: the supplier's own invoice, tax included, itemised and agreed with you before we spend it. Nothing added.
Our fee is invoiced without GST, and nothing we sell on your behalf carries it. If that ever changes, we tell you before it does, not on an invoice.
There's no revenue floor and no eligibility test on any of these. That's decided in conversation, not by a form.
The three plans
Every card below shows both numbers side by side. You pay whichever is higher, never both. Plans are routes to market, and they stack: moving up adds doors, and you keep every one you already have.

What the rate is charged on: what you received, never what the customer paid. Platform commission and transaction fees come off first, so we never invoice on money that never reached you. Every channel carries your plan rate, with 0% on any event you staff yourself, and no per-order handling fee, ever.
The rate falls as you grow. Land needs no Singapore company, because we are the seller on our store, at pop-ups, and to the boutiques we place you in — with your stock, on your behalf. Your stock stays yours, start to finish: we sell it for you, we never buy it from you. Grow and Scale put your own name on the channels, and need a company of your own.
A Singapore company, if and when you need one, is roughly S$4,240 for the first year through a licensed provider. They bill you directly — they pay us a referral fee, and it does not change your price.
If you go over a limit, we tell you before it happens and quote the next step — never a surprise charge. Moving up a plan lowers your rate, so it is rarely the expensive option. A product counts once per listing: sizes share a listing, so ten styles in five sizes is ten products; shades don't, so a twelve-shade range is twelve.
Whichever plan you start on, it runs for six months minimum: six monthly payments before you can stop or step down. That's how long it takes for a channel to be worth judging. Listings go live, stock lands, the first sales come in, and you restock once on what actually sold, which is the month the numbers start meaning something. After month six you can stay, move plan, or stop, month by month.
Paying upfront is optional, and it is a credit
Pay six months of Land upfront — S$4,315. That's 20% off the minimum: S$719 a month, not S$899. On Grow it's S$6,235, S$1,039 a month instead of S$1,299. Scale's is quoted with the plan.
What you pay upfront is held against your fees, so the saving is yours whether you sell little or sell well.
A worked example: one dress
EstimateSay you sell a dress for S$89. At a pop-up or on our store — Land routes, where we are the seller — the S$89 reaches you in full, so the 20% is S$17.80. In any month, your monthly minimum absorbs the rate until your sales grow past it: you pay the higher of the two, never both.
On your own marketplace at Grow, the platform's commission and transaction fees come off first. If it takes S$12 of the S$89, your net is S$77, and our 18% is S$13.86 — charged on the S$77 you received, never the S$89 your customer paid.
The S$12 is an illustration: each platform publishes its own fees, and yours will move with your product, price point, and volume. The mechanic is the part that never moves — the platform's cut comes off before our rate is applied.
If your brand staffs its own stall, that pop-up carries 0% commission.
