How landnpop uses your details
This page covers our website, landnpop.com, and the landnpop sign-up cards we hand out at stands and events.
Who we are
landnpop is a trading name of Navv Studio Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company. We sell the brands landnpop carries in Singapore, on each brand's behalf.
This website
What we collect through our forms, and why
- Asking for a Brief.Your brand name, your name, your WhatsApp number, your brand's Instagram or website, what you sell, where your brand is now, and anything you tell us is in your way. We use it to message you on WhatsApp and set up a time to talk.
- Asking us to message you on WhatsApp.Your name, your brand name, your WhatsApp number, your brand's Instagram or website, and which page you asked from. We use it to message you.
- Service enquiries. Your name and WhatsApp number, and your email, brand name and message if you add them. If you come from the ingredient checker with a BPOM number, that number goes with your enquiry. We use it to answer you.
- Partner applications. Your name, your organisation, the kind of partner you are and your WhatsApp number, plus your email, how many brands you could refer and a note if you add them. We use it to talk to you about partnering.
- The ingredient checker.Your ingredient list, the product type, the BPOM number if you give one, your result, your WhatsApp number and brand name, and your brand's Instagram or TikTok and your name if you add them. If you use a photo of the label, we keep a copy of it with your check. We use all this to show your result and to follow up if anything needs fixing.
With the Brief, WhatsApp, enquiry and checker forms we also record how you first found us (the site or link you came from, the page you landed on, and any campaign tags in that link), a random ID your browser keeps for us, and your browser type. This tells us which of our posts and links bring people to us.
Analytics and cookies
Our site keeps a few small notes in your browser: the random ID and first visit above, and whether you have closed or used our WhatsApp pop-up. When you press some of our buttons, we record which button, which page, how you first found us, the random ID and your browser type.
We also use two analytics tools. Both set cookies.
- Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages people read, where they came from, and when a form is sent.
- PostHog shows us how people use our pages: the pages they view, how far they scroll, where they click, how fast pages load, and recordings of visits. Anything you type into a form is hidden in those recordings. We do not build a profile of you in PostHog, and it is set to drop your IP address.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Our forms work without them.
Who handles your details
These companies run parts of the website for us:
- Vercel hosts the website. Its server logs include what you send through a form.
- Supabase is our database. Form details, checker results and label photos are kept there.
- Anthropic reads the ingredient list from a label photo, if you use one in the checker.
- Google and PostHog (in the EU) run the analytics above.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and no longer.
Seeing, correcting or stopping
Email dickson@landnpop.com, our Data Protection Officer, to see or correct the details we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using them.
Stand sign-up cards
What we collect
Your name, email and Singapore mobile number, the date, the event, and which boxes you ticked.
What we use it for
- If you bought something, to send your receipt and sort out anything about your purchase.
- If you ticked the first box, landnpop sends you news and offers about the brand on your card and the other brands we carry.
- If you ticked the second box, we share your details with the brand on your card, in Indonesia, and the brand may send you its own news and offers. The brand has agreed with us to protect your details to the same standard, to use them only for this, not to pass them on, and to delete them when asked.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email dickson@landnpop.com. We stop within 21 days, and usually much sooner. Stopping doesn't affect anything you've bought.
Seeing or correcting your details
Email dickson@landnpop.com, our Data Protection Officer.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to stop, or 24 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first.
